I. Core Wear Parts (Consumables)

These components directly participate in crushing and require regular replacement.

 

1.Mantle (Moving Cone Liner)

Function: The primary moving crushing component mounted on the main shaft, working in conjunction with the concave to crush materials.

Material: High manganese steel (Mn18Cr2, Mn22Cr2), ultra-high manganese steel, or TIC (tungsten carbide insert) composite materials.

2. Concave (Fixed Cone Liner)

Function: Fixed on the adjustment ring, forming the crushing chamber with the mantle.

Material: High manganese steel, alloy steel, or TIC-reinforced composites. Typically replaced as a set with the mantle.

3. Feed Distributor / Feed Plate
