The main components include:

I. Core Wear Parts (Consumables)

These components directly participate in crushing and require regular replacement.

1. Concave

Function: Fixed to the inner wall of the crusher frame, forming the crushing chamber. They are the primary fixed crushing surface.

Material: High manganese steel (Mn14%–Mn22%), alloy steel, or TIC (tungsten carbide insert) reinforced composites.

2. Mantle

Function: Mounted on the main shaft, it is the primary moving crushing component that gyrates against the concave to crush materials.

Material: High manganese steel, ultra-high manganese steel, or TIC-reinforced composites.

3. Spider Arm guard/ Spider Rim Liners

Function: Protect the spider assembly from wear and material buildup.

Material: High manganese steel or wear-resistant alloy steel.

II. Mechanical Structure & Hydraulic System Components

4. Main Shaft Assembly

Function: The core component that transmits crushing force and gyratory motion.

Composition: Main shaft, crushing head, and core assembly.

5. Eccentric Assembly

Function: Driven by the motor, it converts rotational motion into the gyratory motion of the main shaft.

Composition: Eccentric bushing, gear, and drive shaft.

6. Top Shell & Bottom Shell

Function: Form the main structure of the crusher, supporting all internal components and withstanding crushing forces.

Material: High-strength steel plate with reinforced welding.

7. Hydraulic Adjustment System

Function:

Adjust Discharge Opening: Controls the crusher's discharge setting.

Overload Protection: Releases crushing force automatically when non-crushable material enters.

Composition: Hydraulic cylinder, accumulator, pump, and control valves.

8. Dust Seal System

Function: Prevents dust from entering the lubrication system, ensuring normal operation of bearings and bushings.

Composition: Seal rings, dust collars, and lubrication channels.

9. Drive Assembly

Function: Transmits power from the motor to the eccentric assembly.

Composition: Motor, V-belts, pulley, and coupling.

10. Lubrication System

Function: Provides continuous lubrication to bearings, bushings, and gears.

Composition: Oil pump, oil tank, cooler, filters, and monitoring instruments.

11. Feed Distributor / Feed Hopper

2 Q: How long is the warranty period?

A; The warranty period for the equipment is 12 months from the Bill of Lading (B/L) date, with a 6-month warranty for spare parts (excluding wear parts).



3 Q:What is the payment terms?

A; 30% deposit by TT, with the remaining 70% payable before shipment or against copy of Bill of Lading (B/L).



4 Q: How long is your delivery time?

A; If items are in stock, shipment will be made within 7-10 days. For made-to-order production, the lead time is 30 days.
