AXSON Impact Crushers are designed for efficient secondary and medium-fine crushing where good aggregate shape and high reduction performance are required. The range includes PF Series and NPH Series impact crushers for quarrying, construction aggregate production, and mineral processing applications. Material entering the crushing chamber is accelerated and repeatedly impacted by the rotor, blow bars, and impact plates, producing well-shaped finished aggregates with controlled particle sizes. Impact crushers are particularly suitable for limestone and other soft to medium-hard materials and can also be used for processing construction materials in suitable crushing circuits. Adjustable crushing settings allow operators to adapt the final output to different production requirements.
